Designed with advanced waterless heat exchange technology, the CCF-HP1+1L includes a ceramic lined combustion chamber that enhances cooking speed and energy efficiency. It boasts a multi-layered insulated pressed top deck (1.5mm thick) for superior heat retention and durability. Safety and convenience are ensured with a German-manufactured pilot and self-diagnostic safety system, automatic ignition with flame failure status indicators, and a heavy-duty lever action gas control valve for precise flame modulation. The unit also provides a manually operated laundry arm, a 12L capacity left rear warming pot, and a spacious side preparation table (595mm W x 405mm D) to optimize kitchen workflow.
