Do you offer installation for commercial equipment?

Yes, absolutely.
We have a network of partners and we can certainly organise installation and servicing for you. These may incur in extra costs.

I'm buying a gift but can't decide, do you sell gift cards?

Yes we can. We work closely with Silverchef, who provides finance for hospitality businesses.

We can make and introduction to get things started to find something that meets the need of your business.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Shipping & Returns

How long will it take to receive my order?

- Express Shipping usually takes 1-2 busines days with Australia Post
- Standard shipping within Australia normally takes 3-5 days.
- Same day local delivery is available on all orders with a 20km radius from Noosaville.

We offer a same FREE same day local delivery within a 20km radius from Noosaville.


Order before noon (12pm) and usually orders are delivered after between 4pm and 6pm.

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s) and then banks may take another 3-5 days to process the refund until you see it in your bank account
