Built from durable AISI 304 grade stainless steel with a heavy-duty complete stainless steel frame, this wok table ensures long-lasting strength, corrosion resistance, and hygienic operation in demanding environments.
Featuring a 340mm diameter long skirt cast iron unflued ring and an innovative waterless design that eliminates the need for water deck cooling, the UFWWD-1 reduces water consumption and operational costs while maintaining optimal cooking temperatures. The unit is powered by your choice of a 105MJ 24-jet Mongolian chimney burner or a 110MJ 18-jet duckbill burner, both equipped with flame failure safety devices and controlled by a heavy-duty stainless steel lever action gas control to deliver precise flame regulation during peak kitchen periods.
The wok table includes a 1.5mm thick machine-pressed top deck for easy cleaning and durability around the cooking area, complemented by a manually operated laundry arm and spindle. A front waste gutter with perforated cover and waste shovel facilitates efficient cleanup, while front access to all components simplifies maintenance and servicing. Compactly sized at approximately 600mm (W) x 840mm (D) x 1300mm (H), this unit fits seamlessly into varied commercial kitchen layouts and is compatible with natural gas or LPG fuel options.
