The fryer includes an over-temperature safety cut-out switch for added protection, a heavy-duty lockable oil drain valve, and is thermostatically regulated for precise temperature control with a +/- 3°C temperature recovery differential. This Australian-made fryer is supplied complete with baskets, wire fish plate, and a night cover, and is available with either natural or LPG gas options.
