Featuring a single wok hole surrounded by a 340mm diameter long skirt unflued cast iron ring and equipped with two powerful right-hand side (RHS) burners—your choice of a 105Mj 24-jet Mongolian chimney burner or a 110Mj 18-jet duckbill burner both fitted with flame failure safety devices—it delivers efficient, rapid heating without the need for water deck cooling, significantly reducing water consumption and operational costs. Precision flame control is ensured by a heavy-duty stainless steel lever action gas control, essential for varying heat demands during peak kitchen periods.
