Powered by your choice of efficient 105MJ 24-jet Mongolian chimney burners or 110MJ 18-jet duckbill burners, each burner is fitted with a flame failure safety device and controlled via heavy-duty stainless steel lever action gas controls to provide precise and reliable flame modulation during peak kitchen operations.

Designed with practical maintenance in mind, the wok table includes a manually operated swivel laundry arm, front waste gutter with perforated cover and waste shovel for hassle-free cleaning, and front access to all components to simplify servicing.
