A high-capacity commercial ice maker head designed for food retail, hospitality, healthcare, and food production environments requiring efficient and reliable production of wet granular ice. It produces up to 460kg of premium wet granular ice per 24 hours, ideal for presenting and transporting fish, fruit, and vegetables, ensuring freshness and optimal cooling.
Constructed with a robust AISI 304 stainless steel body, the IQ400 A offers excellent durability and corrosion resistance in demanding commercial settings. It operates using the environmentally friendly R452A refrigerant, delivering energy-efficient cooling with a 45% reduction in global warming potential compared to older refrigerants. The unit features a solid door design and is designed for ambient temperatures up to 43°C, making it suitable for very hot climates.
With compact dimensions of 675mm (W) x 550mm (D) x 660mm (H) and a modular design, the IQ400 A allows flexible installation and integration with separate SILO ice storage bins for optimized ice production and storage capacity. The machine includes an AISI 304 stainless steel auger with resilient coating to maximize lifespan and offers the most energy-efficient evaporator in the market. It runs on a 230V single-phase power supply and weighs approximately 82kg.
