This beautiful Artisan bakers knife/lame is made of high quality stainless steel and a must have professional tool for bread makers! Smartly packed in a beautiful presentation box. The perfect addition for the enthusiastic baker.
A lame or bakers blade is used to score/slash bread dough. This is done prior to baking and will create ventilation that will facility rising during the baking process. The position of the score will dictate where the bread loaf will open or bloom and also gives a decorative appeal to the finished loaf.
