The grill plate is powered by 22MJ aluminised tubular burners per 300mm section, equipped with flame failure safety devices, piezo ignition, and a multi-setting gas valve for precise flame regulation, enhancing safety and cooking control.

Designed for ease of maintenance, it offers front access to all components and an easy-to-clean fat spillage tray, reducing downtime and simplifying cleaning in busy kitchens. Its cooking area measures approximately 595mm wide by 550mm deep, providing ample surface for grilling large volumes of meat, seafood, and vegetables efficiently.
