Crafted with a robust AISI 304 grade stainless steel frame and featuring a heavy-duty 16mm thick mild steel grill plate, this unit ensures even heat distribution with consistent, high-performance grilling. The grill plate is powered by 22MJ aluminised tubular burners per 300mm section, equipped with flame failure safety devices, piezo ignition, and a multi-setting gas valve for precise flame regulation, enhancing safety and cooking control.
Designed for ease of maintenance, it offers front access to all components and an easy-to-clean fat spillage tray, reducing downtime and simplifying cleaning in busy kitchens. Its cooking area measures approximately 595mm wide by 550mm deep, providing ample surface for grilling large volumes of meat, seafood, and vegetables efficiently. With dimensions around 600mm width, 840mm depth, and 425mm height, this compact unit fits seamlessly into various kitchen layouts. The grill plate supports both natural gas and LPG fuel options and comes with a 24-month warranty for reliable long-term operation. Optional features include chrome plating and non-swivel rear castors for added mobility.
