The W5A MODI ACTIVE comes with a robust AISI 304 stainless steel interior and exterior finish, ensuring durability, corrosion resistance, and hygienic operation. It includes an intuitive 4.3-inch touch screen control panel with integrated COSMO wireless monitoring for real-time remote access and management, supporting functions such as blast chilling, shock freezing, and continuous cycles to optimize food safety and operational workflow. Equipped with magnetic triple-chamber door gaskets, it delivers excellent cold air retention and energy efficiency, complemented by a self-closing door with reversible 105° dwell stop for ergonomic access.

Operating across an extensive temperature range from -40°C to +65°C, the unit uses an energy-efficient plug-in refrigeration system with environmentally friendly R452a refrigerant and is insulated with 60 mm thick CFC/HCFC-free materials to ensure consistent temperature control and energy savings. Additional features include hot gas defrost, a self-evaporating condensate system, and adjustable AISI 304 stainless steel feet (100-150 mm) for stable installation in demanding kitchen environments.
