The WTP7A MODI ACTIVE features a robust AISI 304 stainless steel interior and exterior finish, including a sturdy 30 mm thick stainless steel worktop, ensuring superior durability, corrosion resistance, and easy cleaning in demanding commercial environments. It is equipped with an intuitive 4.3-inch touch screen control panel integrated with COSMO wireless monitoring, allowing seamless remote programming, real-time monitoring, and responsive workflow management for blast chilling, shock freezing, and continuous operation. The cabinet includes magnetic triple-chamber door gaskets, providing excellent cold air retention and energy efficiency, combined with a self-closing door featuring an ergonomic handle, designed for secure and user-friendly access.
Operating across a wide temperature range from -40°C to +65°C, this blast chiller uses an energy-efficient plug-in refrigeration system with eco-friendly R452a refrigerant, coupled with 60 mm thick CFC/HCFC-free insulation to maximize thermal performance while minimizing energy consumption. Additional features include hot gas defrost, a self-evaporating condensate system for low maintenance, and adjustable AISI 304 stainless steel feet (100-150 mm) for stable and adaptable installation within any professional kitchen layout.
