An advanced commercial food warming and display unit designed for professional buffet and foodservice environments. Featuring heated ceramic glass with a flat top sneeze guard, it ensures excellent heat retention and hygienic protection while allowing clear visibility of the food.
Constructed from durable 304 grade stainless steel, the unit includes precision Dixell digital thermostatic controllers and LED heat warning lights on the deck for accurate temperature management within a range of 75°C to 85°C. The overhead halogen lighting enhances food presentation, while the flat top sneeze guard provides essential protection for food safety in self-service areas.
The LSCM2-FT accommodates two 1/1 Gastronorm plates and measures approximately 805mm length x 690mm depth x 555mm height, with a weight of around 76kg. Its design balances functionality, safety, and aesthetic appeal, making it ideal for commercial buffets, catering, and foodservice operations.
