Featuring a heated ceramic glass surface and a flat top sneeze guard, this unit offers excellent hygiene and food protection while maintaining consistent heat distribution to keep food warm and appetizing.
Constructed from robust 304 grade stainless steel, the LSCM3-FT includes advanced Dixell digital thermostatic controllers with LED heat warning indicators, enabling precise temperature control within the range of 75°C to 85°C. The overhead halogen lighting enhances food visibility and presentation, making it ideal for high-traffic self-service areas.
This model accommodates three 1/1 Gastronorm plates and measures approximately 1145mm in length, 690mm in depth, and 555mm in height, providing ample space for varied food options. The flat top sneeze guard glass ensures utmost food safety while allowing easy access for guests.
