Description
A commercial heated food display unit designed to deliver both excellent food warming and presentation. This model features a large ceramic hotplate that provides uniform and consistent heat distribution, making it ideal for maintaining the temperature and quality of hot food on display.
Constructed from 304 grade stainless steel, the unit includes a heated ceramic glass surface that is durable, easy to clean, and visually appealing. The gantry design allows for open buffet-style service without glass barriers, enhancing accessibility. It is thermostatically controlled using Dixell digital controllers and equipped with LED heat warning lights and overhead halogen lamps to improve food visibility and control.
With a capacity to hold four 1/1 Gastronorm plates, its dimensions are approximately 1485mm length x 690mm depth x 555mm height, weighing around 107kg. The temperature range maintained is 75–85°C, ideal for commercial foodservice environments.
