A commercial heated food display unit designed for maintaining food warmth with superior presentation. It features a large ceramic hotplate surface that distributes heat evenly across the display area, ensuring consistent temperature control between 75°C and 85°C.
Constructed from durable 304 grade stainless steel, this unit includes heated ceramic glass, overhead halogen lamps for enhanced food visibility, and Dixell digital thermostatic controllers with LED heat warning lights for precise temperature management. The gantry structure supports open buffet-style service without glass barriers, optimizing access to food items. It can accommodate five 1/1 Gastronorm plates, with dimensions approximately 1825mm length x 690mm depth x 555mm height, and weighs about 128kg.
