A large-scale, commercial-grade heated food display unit designed to maintain optimal food temperature and presentation in busy buffet or foodservice environments. It features a ceramic hotplate surface providing uniform heat distribution across six 1/1 Gastronorm plates, ensuring consistent warming within the temperature range of 75°C to 85°C.
This well-constructed unit is made from durable 304 grade stainless steel and includes a heated ceramic glass surface known for durability, hygiene, and easy cleaning. The gantry design allows open buffet access without glass barriers, enhancing guest interaction and service flow. The unit is equipped with Dixell digital thermostatic controllers, LED heat warning lights on the deck, and overhead halogen lamps for enhanced visibility and precision temperature control.
With dimensions of approximately 2165mm length x 690mm depth x 555mm height and weighing 140kg, it is tailored for extended commercial use where both functionality and presentation quality are essential.
