The Goldstein GPGDB24-X Gas Griddle Plate is crafted with a 20mm thick mild steel plate to provide exceptional heat retention and ensure consistent, even cooking. You can choose from machined steel, chrome, or ribbed plate options to suit your needs. The griddle includes a stainless steel fascia and sides, as well as a spill zone and grease can for easy cleaning. It also features a front grease trough, a spacious chute, and a grease catcher for added convenience. For extra storage, an optional stainless steel stand with an under-shelf is available.
