Equipped with an Advanced Control System (ACS), the machine allows up to 20 personalised vacuum programs for optimal control over vacuuming and sealing cycles, including soft-air protection for delicate or liquid products. The integrated liquid control technology automatically detects and manages liquid evaporation to avoid contamination and equipment damage, while the automatic lid with in-fill feature streamlines workflow by minimizing manual handling.
Built for heavy-duty operation, the unit incorporates silicone holders for easy cleaning and maintenance, a robust stainless steel frame, and a pump maintenance program to ensure long-lasting reliability. With configurable cycle times between 15 to 40 seconds, this model is designed for high-throughput packaging in food processing, manufacturing, and other industries.
