It delivers an impressive 153kg of crystal-clear, slow-melting GALA ice cubes per 24 hours, featuring a patented spray system that produces solid, ridge-free ice cubes designed to preserve the flavor and quality of premium beverages such as scotch and whiskey without diluting them. The unit includes a 75kg integral insulated ice storage bin, ensuring a continuous supply of ice on demand.

Constructed with a robust AISI 304 stainless steel body, the GALA NG150 A offers excellent durability and corrosion resistance suitable for rigorous commercial environments. It operates with the environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, providing energy-efficient cooling with minimal environmental impact. Designed to perform reliably in ambient temperatures up to 43°C, it is ideal for a wide range of climates.

Additional features include a solid door design, front ventilation system for flexible built-in installation, and an ITV patented anti-scale spray system that reduces limescale buildup, enhancing maintenance ease and machine longevity. The ice cubes measure approximately 39mm in diameter by 35mm height, perfect for slow melting in premium drinks. The machine’s dimensions are approximately 860mm (W) x 700mm (D) x 1044mm (H), extending to 1149–1199mm with adjustable legs. It runs on a 230V single-phase power supply and comes with a 2-year parts and labor warranty.
