A high-efficiency commercial ice cube maker designed for restaurants, bars, cafes, and hospitality venues requiring reliable ice production and easy installation. This unit produces up to 32kg of crystal-clear, gourmet-shaped ice cubes per 24 hours, featuring a patented spray system that creates solid, ridge-free ice cubes which melt slowly to preserve drink flavor, making it ideal for premium cocktails and whiskey service. It includes a 15kg integral insulated ice storage bin for convenient on-demand ice supply.
Constructed from robust AISI 304 stainless steel, the ice maker offers excellent durability and corrosion resistance for demanding commercial environments. The built-in drain pump allows flexible installation in locations without gravity drainage, making it suitable for tight or custom spaces. The unit operates with the environmentally friendly R290 natural refrigerant, delivering energy-efficient performance and low environmental impact. Designed to withstand ambient temperatures up to 43°C, it performs reliably in hot climates.
Additional features include the ITV patented anti-scale spray system to reduce limescale buildup, a smart front ventilation system enabling built-in installation without wasting floor space, and an easy-access automatic cleaning switch for simple maintenance.
