A high-efficiency commercial ice cube maker designed for restaurants, bars, cafes, and hospitality venues that require reliable ice production with flexible installation options. This unit produces up to 47kg of crystal-clear, slow-melting GALA ice cubes per 24 hours, using a patented spray system to create solid, ridge-free ice cubes that preserve the flavor and quality of premium beverages like scotch and whiskey. It features a 20kg integral insulated ice storage bin for convenient on-demand ice supply.

Constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, the ice maker offers excellent durability and corrosion resistance suited for demanding commercial environments. The built-in drain pump allows installation in locations without gravity drainage, providing greater flexibility in tight or custom spaces. Operating with the environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, it delivers energy-efficient performance with minimal environmental impact and is designed to operate effectively in ambient temperatures up to 43°C.

Additional features include a solid door design, front ventilation for space-saving built-in installation, an ITV patented anti-scale spray system to reduce limescale buildup, and an easy-access automatic cleaning switch for maintenance convenience. The unit measures approximately 465mm (W) x 595mm (D) x 789mm (H), with adjustable legs extending height to 894–944mm, and runs on a 230V single-phase power supply.
