A commercial-grade ice cube maker designed for high-demand hospitality environments such as bars, restaurants, and cafes. It produces up to 75kg of crystal-clear, slow-melting GALA ice cubes per 24 hours, using a patented spray system that creates solid, ridge-free ice cubes which preserve the flavor and quality of premium beverages like scotch and whiskey without excessive dilution. The unit features a 35kg integral insulated ice storage bin for convenient, on-demand ice supply.

Constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, the machine offers excellent durability and corrosion resistance suitable for busy commercial kitchens. It operates with the environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, ensuring energy-efficient performance with minimal environmental impact. Designed to function reliably in ambient temperatures up to 43°C, it is ideal for use in both temperate and hot climates.

Additional features include a solid door design, front ventilation for space-saving built-in installation, and an ITV patented anti-scale spray system that reduces limescale buildup, extending the machine’s lifespan. The unit is equipped with adjustable legs and measures approximately 715mm (W) x 595mm (D) x 939mm (H) (1044–1094mm with legs). It runs on a 230V single-phase power supply and comes with a 2-year warranty for parts and labor.
