Equipped with four self-closing, lockable solid swing doors that offer a stay-open position beyond 90°, the fridge allows seamless and efficient access during busy kitchen operations.
Boasting a spacious 710-litre gross volume, the fridge accommodates GN 1/3 and 1/6 gastronorm pans in integrated pot wells and includes eight adjustable height shelves sized approximately 475 mm (middle) by 610 mm (deep) and 415 mm (outside) by 610 mm, providing flexible food storage tailored to pizza toppings and ingredient organization. It is supplied with a removable, food-grade 13 mm thick cutting board and a premium stainless steel benchtop that enhances preparation hygiene and workspace utility.
Powered by an energy-efficient and eco-friendly R290 natural refrigerant refrigeration system, the unit features a compact, side-mounted, easily serviceable refrigeration cartridge and fan-forced ducted airflow technology to maintain consistent temperatures.
