This compact yet highly functional 600mm wide oven range combines two high-output 24 MJ/hr open burners with a 16mm thick steel griddle plate rated at 16.5 MJ/hr per 300mm section, delivering consistent and precise heat for grilling, sautéing, and simmering diverse menu items.

Constructed from heavy-duty stainless steel with durable, lightweight flush cast iron trivets, this natural gas-powered range ensures excellent heat distribution and easy pot movement across the cooking surface. The unit includes a newly engineered sturdy pull-down oven door and a well-insulated oven cavity with a 25 MJ/hr static oven output, enhancing energy efficiency and heat retention. The oven interior is coated with black vitreous enamel, promoting easy cleaning and durability, and comes equipped with two removable oven racks on vertical guides offering three height positions.

Safety is prioritized with individual standing pilots and 100% flame failure safety controls included as standard, alongside a manual Piezo ignition system for easy and reliable startup.
