This robust 900mm wide oven range features six powerful 24 MJ/hr open burners with individual standing pilots and 100% flame failure safety controls, ensuring reliable ignition and maximum operator safety. The matt finish durable cast iron trivets provide excellent radiant heat and make pot movement effortless across the cooktop.
The range includes a well-insulated oven cavity with a 25 MJ/hr static oven output, equipped with two removable stainless steel racks on vertical guides offering three height positions for versatile cooking needs. An engineered pull-down oven door enhances heat retention and energy efficiency while the interior oven panels are coated with black vitreous enamel, facilitating easy cleaning and long-lasting durability. The unit measures approximately 900mm wide x 803mm deep x 1135mm high, weighs about 177 kg, and offers a working height of 910mm, making it ideal for busy commercial kitchens, cafes, and restaurants.
