Featuring a robust 16mm thick steel griddle plate with 16.5MJ/hr burners per 300mm section, it delivers exceptional heat distribution and precise temperature control for versatile cooking needs. This 900mm wide unit includes three open burners rated at 24MJ each with individual standing pilots and 100% flame failure safety controls as standard, ensuring safe and efficient operation. Its premium matte finish and newly engineered sturdy pull-down oven door maximize heat retention, while the oven interior is coated with black vitreous enamel for easy cleaning.
It offers reliability and flexibility with a ¾” female gas connection, suitable for various kitchen installations. The combination of a spacious oven cavity, cast iron burners, and a heavy-duty griddle surface makes this appliance ideal for commercial kitchens needing a versatile cooktop and oven in one unit.
