This unit features two 24MJ open burners with individual standing pilots and 100% flame failure safety controls for maximum operational safety and reliability. The 16mm thick steel griddle plate, powered by 16.5MJ/hr burners per 300mm section, provides excellent heat retention and even cooking across the 600mm-wide cooking area, ideal for grilling, frying, and searing a wide range of dishes.
Crafted with premium matt finish cast iron trivets that are lightweight and flush, this cooktop ensures easy movement of pots and pans while maintaining optimal heat radiation. Its compact dimensions (900 x 803 x 455 mm) and working height (910mm) make it suitable for efficient kitchen workflow and space optimization. The griddle plate is also convertible to the left-hand side for added flexibility. This modular design allows for seamless integration with other Trueheat RC Series equipment, enhancing kitchen customization.
