This pan is ideal for professional commercial kitchens, catering, and hospitality environments, providing efficient food storage, preparation, and service. Made from virtually unbreakable polycarbonate, it withstands a wide temperature range from -40°C to 100°C, making it suitable for both hot and cold food applications. Its clear or black finish allows for easy identification of contents, while the smooth interior surface ensures easy cleaning and reduces food waste. The pan is dishwasher safe, stain- and odor-resistant, and compatible with a variety of prep tables, steam tables, and food bars.
