Its fan-cooled motor ensures longer operation without overheating, while the easy-glide action and adjustable blade settings (offering slicing thickness from 0 to 12mm) provide full control for perfect results every time. Safety is a top priority, with features such as non-slip rubber feet, ABS handles and dials, blade and back plate safety guards, and a blade removal tool. The Birko Slicer 250mm is also practical, coming complete with blade sharpening stones, an adjustable moisture deflector, and a safety cut-out switch. Weighing 18kg and measuring approximately 537mm wide x 460mm deep x 400mm high, this 150W slicer is not recommended for high moisture content foods but excels with meats, making it an indispensable appliance for any professional kitchen.
