The Tournus Roll Service Hot Box 5 x GN 1/1 No Humidification 507301 is a roll-in service hot box that keeps plated meals and gastronorm pans at serving temperature during busy service, with durable stainless steel construction and even fan-assisted heating.

Rock wool insulation, 70 mm thick for walls and 45 mm thick for the door.
Inside entirely radiused, with press-drawn sliders and base.
Door with removable seal opens 270⁰.
Wheels - 80 mm with stainless steel cover, 2 with brakes.
Moulded polyethylene bumpers.
Electronic control thermostat with digital display (range from 60 to 85⁰C).
Even heating by means of shielded heating element and centrifugal fan.
