The fridge is equipped with five adjustable GN 2/1 stainless steel wire shelves per door on a fully removable racking system, allowing flexible storage configurations for varied ingredient sizes.

The refrigeration system is a self-contained, top-mounted “ActiveCore” unit using eco-friendly R290 natural refrigerant, delivering exceptional energy efficiency supported by a GEMS Class 5M1 rating and low power consumption of about 3.91 kWh per 24 hours. Operating within a temperature range of 1°C to 4°C (adjustable up to 15°C via SKOPE-connect), the unit provides precise temperature control to preserve freshness and extend product shelf life.
