This robust unit features a heavy-duty AISI 304 grade stainless steel frame with an undershelf for convenient utensil storage and unmatched durability in high-traffic environments. The grill plate itself is constructed from 20mm thick mild steel, delivering exceptional heat retention and an even grilling surface for consistently perfect results.
Powered by 22MJ aluminised tube burners per 300mm section (total gas consumption: 66MJ/h for NG or LPG), the GRP-9 delivers precise, even heat for high-volume grilling. Safety is a priority with built-in flame failure safety devices and piezo ignition for every burner, while a multi-setting gas valve empowers chefs with fine control over flame intensity. Maintenance is made easy with front access to all components and a removable fat spillage tray, streamlining cleaning during busy service.
