Crafted from AISI 304 grade stainless steel, this unit features a heavy-duty mild steel grill plate with 20mm thickness, ensuring superior heat retention and even heat distribution for perfectly grilled meats, seafood, and vegetables. It is powered by 22MJ aluminised tubular burners per 300mm section with a flame failure safety device and piezo ignition for reliable and safe operation. The multi-setting gas valve enables precise flame regulation, giving chefs exceptional control over cooking temperatures.
Maintenance is simplified through frontal access to all components and an easy-to-clean fat spillage tray, reducing downtime in busy kitchens. The grill plate offers a spacious cooking area of approximately 895mm wide by 550mm deep, fitting seamlessly within a compact footprint of 900mm (W) x 840mm (D) x 425mm (H). Proudly Australian made and backed by a 24-month warranty, the GRP-9BM supports both natural gas and LPG compatibility and can be customized with options like chrome plating and non-swivel rear castors.
