The pan boasts a fine satin interior and exterior finish for easy cleaning and to reduce wear signs. It is compatible with all heat sources including gas, electric, ceramic, and induction, and is dishwasher safe for convenience. The frying pan comes without a lid, which is available separately, and includes a tubular stainless steel handle welded and riveted for extra strength and safety.
