Description

The Smeg SPCB9 is a professional 90cm char broiler mounted on an open stand with an undershelf. The cooking surface is made up of heavy duty cast iron grates with drainage channels that direct fat to the front spillage tray, while a cast iron hood above the 34MJ burners radiates heat evenly across the grates.
