The Smeg SPF45 is a professional single pan fryer supplied with two baskets, a wire tray and a night cover. A highly efficient multi-jet target burner keeps heat even throughout the oil and assists temperature recovery, while an over-temperature safety cut-out protects both the fryer and the operator.
