Equipped with an energy-efficient integrated inverter system, the HSE600 W optimizes power consumption while protecting mechanical components, enabling variable speed control with a 3-speed agitator to fine-tune gelato texture and consistency. Its ergonomic design includes a user-friendly timer-controlled cooling system, hot gas defrost function for rapid maintenance, and automatic extraction capabilities for efficient product removal. The machine produces up to 7 litres per batch with a maximum hourly output of approximately 60 litres, supporting high-volume production with consistent quality.
