Constructed from high-quality heavy-duty stainless steel, this charcoal oven station includes essential features such as a counterbalanced door with dial thermometer for precise temperature monitoring, an enclosed ash drawer and grease collector for clean, efficient operation, and compatibility with GN pans for versatile cooking and holding.
